1. Who provides the service
Services on this website are provided by Individual entrepreneur Oleksandr Andriyovych Nykonovych, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, acting in their own name. Full identification and contact details are published on the contact page, which forms part of these terms.
Throughout this document, “the consultant” means the person named above, and “the client” means the person or company ordering a service.
2. Services and prices
Three services are offered. All of them are professional advisory and software development services delivered remotely. No physical goods are sold and nothing is shipped.

Prices are quoted in United States dollars and include all taxes payable by the consultant. The consultant operates under the Ukrainian simplified tax system and is not registered for VAT.
3. How an order is placed
An order is placed in one of two ways, depending on the service.
- Consultation. The client books an available time through the scheduling link published on this site and pays for the session. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
- System design and development. The client describes the work by email. The consultant replies with the scope, the price, and the expected delivery date. The order takes effect when the client confirms that scope in writing and pays.
A confirmation email is sent to the address given at payment. If it does not arrive within one hour, contact the consultant using the details on the contact page.
4. Accepted payment methods
- Visa and Mastercard payment cards, processed by WayForPay, a Ukrainian payment service provider. Card details are entered on the provider's secure page and are never seen or stored by this website.
- Bank transfer or invoice on request, for companies that need one. Ask by email before paying.
Prices are set in United States dollars. Card payments are settled in Ukrainian hryvnia, so the card is charged the hryvnia equivalent at the payment provider's exchange rate on the date of the transaction. The amount that appears on a card statement may therefore differ slightly from the dollar price, and a card issuer may add its own currency conversion fee.
Payment is due in full before a service is delivered. Development work lasting longer than one week may be split into agreed instalments.
5. Delivery: how and when the service is provided
Every service is delivered online. There is no physical delivery and no delivery charge.
- Consultation. Delivered as a video call at the time the client selected when booking. A joining link is sent by email after payment. Sessions are normally available within fourteen days of payment; if no suitable time is available in that period, the client may request a refund under the refund policy.
- System design. Delivered as a written document by email, normally within five business days of the scoping call. If more time is needed, the consultant tells the client before work starts.
- Implementation and development. Delivered according to the written schedule agreed for that project, with progress reported by email.
Consultations are held in English or Ukrainian, as the client prefers.
6. What the client agrees to
- To provide accurate contact and billing information.
- To attend a booked consultation at the agreed time, or to reschedule under the refund policy.
- To supply the access, information, and approvals that agreed work depends on, and to accept that delays on the client's side move the delivery date.
- To use the recommendations and any delivered code only within their own business, and not to resell them as a standalone product.
7. Confidentiality
Anything the client shares in order to receive a service is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law. A separate non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request before any material is shared.
8. The limits of the advice
These services are professional opinion and technical work. They are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and they must not be relied on as a substitute for it.
No specific business outcome, saving, revenue, or return is promised or guaranteed. Recommendations depend on information the client provides and on third-party tools the consultant does not control. The client remains responsible for deciding what to implement and for meeting the legal obligations that apply to their own business, including those governing personal data.
The consultant's total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount the client paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional harm.
9. Refunds and cancellation
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Complaints
Send a complaint to alexnykonovych@gmail.com with the order reference. Complaints are answered within three business days, and the consultant will try in good faith to resolve the matter directly before any other step is taken.
11. Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are heard by the competent courts of Ukraine.
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page at the moment of payment is the version that applies to that order.
