Because that is where we both find out whether a system is worth building. You get a one-page plan you can use with us or without us.
What is a pilot?
One workflow, live in 14 days, at a fixed price, with one KPI agreed up front. If you order a system build within 30 days of the pilot going live, the pilot price is credited against it.
Who owns the system?
You do. Accounts, workflows, data and API keys are in your name. If you stop working with us, everything stays in your accounts.
How are AI and other running costs paid?
Directly by you, in your own accounts, the same way you pay for your CRM and phones today. We add no markup: our price covers only our work.
What happens after day 30?
We measure the KPI against its starting value and show you the result. Then you decide: a care plan, the next system, or nothing more. With your written consent, the result can become a case study.
